Legoland springs to mind.....
For that matter, the Penn Mutual tower's facadectamy, behind Independence Mall, is just as powerfull and the modern tower is better imo.

How about the hatchet job done by architect-owner Sherman Leis (?) on his building on Walnut Street between 19th and 20th, formerly the Empyrean coffee house.
